Buildings that shall not be used as polling places.

Section 58

SEC. 58. Buildings that shall not be used as polling places. — No building of which a candidate is the owner or lessee, or located in place under the control of a private entity shall be used as a polling place, if there is another one available within the precinct or within the poblacion of the municipality.
