Alteration of election precincts.

Section 54

SEC. 54. Alteration of election precincts. — Any alteration of the election precincts or the establishment of new ones shall be communicated to the provincial treasurer, together with the corresponding maps, which shall be published as prescribed in the preceding section. However, election precincts shall not be altered nor new ones established within the ten days immediately preceding the date of regular or special election.
