Section 8

SEC. 8. Prohibition against the receiving of compensation from private persons.—No employee shall receive compensation for his personal benefit, directly or indirectly, in any form, whether as salary, per diem, fee, honorarium, gift, or subsistence or travel allowance, from private persons for any service rendered in his official capacity.
