Section 16

SEC. 16. Salary payment not allowed for positions not classified and allocated by the board.—From the date the r initial classification and allocation takes effect in a bureau or office, in accordance with section ten of this Act, no payment of salary shall be allowed to employees who occupy positions in that bureau or office when such positions have not been properly classified and allocated by the board as in this Act required.
