Reversion.

Section 6

SEC. 6. Reversion. — Any part of the appropriations authorized in this Act which may remain unexpended on June thirtieth nineteen hundred and forty, shall be reverted to the Unappropriated Surplus of the General Fur.d in the Philippine Treasury.
