Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 17, 1939. with the exception of the following items: Section 1 : Albay, Item 11 : Bulacan, Items 22, 25 and 31: Pangasinan, Item 134; Section 2; Bulacan, Items 22(a) and 31(a) ; Pangasinan, Items 134(a) and 134(b).
