Change of government.

Section 88

SEC. 88. Change of government. - The city government provided for in this charter shall be organized immediately after the appointment and qualification of the City Mayor and a majority of the members of the Municipal Board. Pending the next general:elections for provincial and municipal officials, the offices of the:elective raanbers of the Municipal Board shall be filled by appointment of the President of the Philippines, with the consent of the Commission on Appointments of the National Assembly.
