Change of government.

Section 87

SEC. 87. Change of government. - The city government provided for in this Charter shall be organized immediately after the appointment and qualification of the city mayor and a majority of the members of the municipal board. Pending the -next-general elections for provincial and municipal officials, die offices of-the elective members of the municipal board shall be filled by appointment of the President with the consent of the Commission on Appointments of the National Assembly.
