Election of provincial governor and members of the provincial board of the Province of Cavite.

Section 88

Sec. 88. Election of provincial governor and members of the provincial board of the Province of Cavite. - The qualified voters of the City of Cavite shall he qualified and be entitled to vote in the election of the provincial governor and members of the provincial board of the province of Cavite.
