Section 1

SECTION. 1. Section four of Commonwealth Act Numbered One, otherwise known as 'The National Defense Act, is amended to read as follows: "SEC. 4. The registration of citizens for military service shall be a civil function carried out by the civil authorities under die supervision of the Chief of Staff."
