Section 31-S

SEC. 31- Section eighty-seven of said Act is amended to read as follows: "SEC. 87. The following persons are exempted from training in the Junior Reserve: Those who are found physically unfit by a medical board; those who are living abroad; and those undergoing any other form of authorized military instruction."
