Section 4

SEC. 4. City not liable for damages.—The city shall not be liable or held for damages or injuries to persons or property arising from the failure of the Municipal Board, or any city officer, to enforce the provisions of this chapter, or any other law or ordinance, or from negligence of said Municipal Board, or other officers while enforcing or attempting to enforce said provisions.
