Section 45
SEC. 45. Notice of seizure of real estate.—The notice provided for in the preceding section shall be made through the posting of notices at the main entrances of the City Hall, the Provincial Building and all the municipal buildings in the Province of Iloilo, in English, Spanish and in the local dialect in common use. A copy of said notice shall also be posted on the property subject to seizure. Such notices shall state the names of the delinquent persons, the date on which such delinquency commenced, the amount of the taxes and penalties then due by each, and shall state that unless such taxes and penalties are paid within ninety days from the date of the publication of such notice, the forfeiture of the delinquent real estate to the city government shall become absolute.
