Section 5

SEC. 5. Section nineteen of Commonwealth Act Numbered Five hundred two is amended, by adding, after paragraph (i) thereof, a new paragraph to be known as paragraph (j), which shall read as follows: "(j) He shall perform the duties and functions prescribed by law for registers of deeds."
