SEC. 11. Any reference made in Commonwealth Act Numbered Five hundred and two to the justice of the peace court of Quezon City or to the justice of the peace of Quezon City, and to the Court of First Instance of Rizal shall read, respectively, the Municipal Court of Quezon City, the municipal judge of Quezon City, and the Court of First Instance of Quezon City.
