Preamble

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council of Barangay Claro M. Recto, Angeles City, has petitioned for the conveyance of Lots Nos. 1, 2 and 3, Swo-03-000002 in favor of said Barangay to enable it to have a barangay hall and other allied improvements; and WHEREAS, the Mayor of Angeles City, the Secretary of Local Government and Community Development and the Secretary of Public Highways have all recommended the approval of said petition; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby order and decree:
