SEC. 2. Exercise of General Supervision.-The Governor of Metropolitan Manila, the provincial governors, the city mayors and the municipal mayors shall have the power to exercise general supervision over units or elements of the Integrated National Police stationed or assigned within their respective jurisdictions.
