SEC. 2. Henceforth, Municipality of Pitogo, Province of Bohol shall, as a political subdivision, be known as "Municipality of President Carlos P. Garcia" and all transactions, documents, laws, decrees, court orders, or decisions, ordinances, resolutions, and all other papers bearing the name of Pitogo, Bohol, shall be understood to mean "Municipality of Carlos P. Garcia."
