Section 9

SEC. 9. The members of the Board of Trustees shall serve without compensation but shall be entitled to an allowance of one hundred pesos (P100.00) per meeting actually attended, but not to exceed three hundred pesos (P300.00) per month and to reimbursement of actual and necessary expenses incurred in attendance of Board meeting.
