Section 16

SEC. 16. In addition to the present appropriation of the Don Honorio Ventura Memorial School of Arts and Trades, the amount of P475,000.00 is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury, not otherwise appropriated for the initial operation and maintenance of the College. Thereafter, such sums as are necessary for the same purpose shall be included in the General Appropriations Act.
