The Administration.

Section 6

SEC. 6. The Administration.—The administration of the University shall be vested in the President of the University who shall render full-time service. The University President shall be appointed by the President of the Philippines. He shall be assisted by a Vice President for Academic Affairs and Vice President for Administrative Affairs who shall be appointed by the Board of Regents upon recommendation of the President of the University.
