Section 12

SEC. 12. Section 317 of the same Decree is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 317. No certificate of registration issued to a resident agent shall be valid after the thirtieth day of June of the year following its issuance unless it is renewed. The Commissioner may, after due notice and hearing, recall or cancel the certificate of registration issued to a resident agent for violation of any existing laws, rule or regulation, or any provision of this Code."
