Section 10

SEC. 10. The Philippine Medical Care Plan. The Philippine Medical Care Plan shall consist of the following which shall provide medical care benefits: Program I—for members of the SSS and the GSIS including their legal dependents. Program II—for those not covered under Program I. This shall be in accordance with Section 33 hereof.
