Section 13

SEC. 13. Participants in the Delivery of Medical Care Services. Only the following may participate in the delivery of medical care services in the Philippine Medical Care Plan under such rules and regulations as the Commission may set: Hospitals duly accredited by the Commission. Medical and Dental practitioners duly accredited by the Commission. Drugstores duly accredited by the Commission.
