Section 7

SEC. 7. All laws, executive orders, decrees, rules and regulations or parts thereof contrary or inconsistent with this Decree are hereby amended or modified accordingly. This Decree shall take effect immediately upon promulgation. DONE in the City of Manila, this 14th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-nine. (Sgd.) FERDINAND E.
