PD 1839 Section 1

Section 1

SECTION 1. A new section, dominated as Section four, is hereby added and inserted after Section three of Presidential Decree No. 1749 which shall read as follows: “SEC. 4. The Minister of Energy, in consultation with the Minister of Natural Resources, shall issue the rules and regulations to implement this Decree.”
