Appointment by the Board.

Section 22

SEC. 22. Appointment by the Board. — Employees of the Authority shall be appointed by the Board, upon the recommendation of the General Manager, Lo positions in the approved budget using as guide the standards set forth in the Civil Service Law and rules.
