Section 26

SEC. 26. The Civil Aeronautics Board is reconstituted and attached to the Department. It shall be composed of the Secretary of Tourism as Chairman, the Civil Aeronautics Administrator, the Commanding Officer of the Philippine Air Force, the Assistant Director for Air Transportation of the Bureau of Transportation and two other members appointed by the President of the Philippines.
