Section 17

SEC. 17. The requirements provided in this Decree as may prove adverse to the present faculty and employees of the Nueva Vizcaya Agricultural College who may be absorbed by the Nueva Vizcaya State Institute of Technology shall not apply to them. But future appointees to the said Institute shall be subject to all the requirements provided in this Decree.
