SEC. 19. In addition to the amount already appropriated
for the Nueva Vizcaya Agricultural College, there is hereby appropriated
the sum of five hundred thousand pesos for purposes of carrying out
immediately the provisions of this Decree. Hereafter such sums as may be
necessary to carry out the provisions of this Decree shall be included
annually in the General Appropriations Act.
