Section 10

SEC. 10. Any member of the faculty or of the non-teaching staff of the University shall be under penalty of dismissal by the Board of Regents if he attempts directly or indirectly to influence students of the University towards any ideology, political or otherwise, which preaches the overthrow of the government of any of its instrumentalities through violence or subversion.
