Section 10

SEC. 10. Establishment of Trading Post and/or Centers in Major Agricultural Producing Areas. —Government shall encourage the establishment of trading posts and/or centers and processing plants by cooperatives in major agricultural production areas to minimize losses due to spoilage and avoid or present rush sales that usually lead1 to unprofitable farm prices.
