SEC. 5. Section 4 of the same Decree is hereby amended to read as follows: “SEC. 4. The Corporation shall have perpetual existence. The principal office of the Corporation shall be in the City of Manila or such other place as may be fixed by the Board of Directors of the Corporation.”
