Section 86

SEC. 86. Date of Effectivity. — This Code shall take effect immediately upon promulgation hereof. Done in the City of Manila, this 5th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-four. (Sgd.) FERDINAND E.
