Section 28

SEC. 28. Annual Reports. — Before the end of March of each year, the Administration shall submit to the President of the Philippines, and shall publish, a comprehensive annual report on the condition of the grains industry and a review of the policies and measures adopted by the Council during the past year and an analysis of the economic and financial circumstances which give rise to said policies and measures. The Administration shall also submit a separate Administration report to the President of the Philippines at the end of each fiscal year.
