Effectivity of the Wage Order.

Article 122

ART. 122. Effectivity of the Wage Order. — A Wage Order shall take effect 15 days after publication in at least one (1) newspaper of general circulation and by such other means as the Secretary of Labor deems reasonably calculated lo give the interested parties general notice of such issuance. From the date of the effectivity of a Wage Order, no employee who is within the scope of such order shall be paid wages below the rate fixed therein. Only the Wage Order itself shall be published.
