Compulsory Coverage of Employers.

Article 168

ART. 168. Compulsory Coverage of Employers. — "Employer" under this Title shall include: Every person having one or more employees; and The National Government and its political subdivisions and instrumentalities, including government-owned and -controlled corporations.
