Exemptions.

Article 170

ART. 170. Exemptions. — The following employees are exempt from the coverage of this Title: Any person whose employment is purely casual and is not for the purposes of the occupation or business of the employer; Any person employed as a domestic helper; Any immediate member of the family of the employer who lives with him; and Any elective public official.
