Partial Loss of Use of Member Named in Schedule.
Article 202
ART. 202. Partial Loss of Use of Member Named in Schedule. — In cases of a permanent partial disability due to the injury of any of the members specified in the next preceding Article, less than the total loss of the member or less than the total loss of its use, and in case the disability is not otherwise compensated in the next preceding Article, the income benefits shall be paid in the proportion prescribed in the next preceding Article for the total loss of the member or for total loss of use thereof, and for the period of time hereinafter specified. The proportion which the permanent partial disability bears to the total disability of the same member, as specified in the schedule, shall be determined and the income benefit above prescribed shall be paid for a portion of the period above established for the total loss of the member or for the total loss of the use thereof, in accordance with the proportion which the disability bears to the total disability of the members.
