Article 235

ART. 235. Effect of Separation from Employment. — Subject to such rules, regulations and/or conditions as the SSS or GSIS may prescribe, an employee who is no longer obliged to contribute under Article 245 by separation from employment, may elect to continue paying contributions representing the contribution of the employer as well as that of the employee only within sixty (60) days following the date of such separation.
