Section 62
SEC. 62. The National Library shall collect the
following fees:
For the issuance of a certificate of deposit
of copies of a work, five pesos;
For each assignment, license, notice or other written
instrument filed, ten pesos;
For other services, in such amount as he may fix by regulation:
Provided, That single fee shall exceed ten pesos.
