SEC. 2. Section 2 of the same Decree is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 2. Disposal Committee.—To effect the speedy disposal of all unserviceable equipment and property of the Bureau, a Disposal Committee is hereby created composed of representatives of the following offices: a. Department of Public Highways Chairman b. Bureau of Equipment (DPH) Member c. Bureau of Supply Coordination Member d. Commission on Audit Member
