Procurement from government entities or foreign governments.

Section 18

SEC. 18. Procurement from government entities or foreign governments.—Procurement may be made direct from government entities producing the supplies desired including units or agencies of foreign governments with whom the Philippines maintains diplomatic relations. In the latter case, prior authority from the Office of the President shall be required.
