Section 22

SEC. 22. Section 41 of the same Act is amended to read as follows: "SEC. 41. Supplies and services other than personal.— All purchases of supplies or contracts for services, except personal services, shall be entered into by the Authority. In accordance with the rules and regulations prescribed and promulgated by the Board, subject to the approval of the President on recommendation of the National Economic and Development Authority.
