SEC. 9. Section One hundred eighty-one of the same Act is amended to read as follows: "SEC. 181. Immediately upon approval of the annual statements by the Insurance Commission, every insurance company doing business in the Philippines shall publish in two newspapers of general circulation in the City of Manila, one published in English and one in Pilipino, a full synopsis of its annual financial statements showing fully the condition of its business, and setting forth its resources and liabilities."
