SEC. 10. Section One hundred eighty-four of the same Act, as amended, is further amended by adding thereto paragraph (k) to read as follows: "* * * (k). A provision that all claims under the policy, whether for living, death or any other benefits shall, if payable, be paid to the insured or the beneficiary, as the case may be: Provided. That should the beneficiary be a minor irrevocably designated, a judicial guardian for such minor need not be appointed if the amount of the policy does not exceed twenty thousand pesos."
