Section 22

Section 22 thereof, which reads as follows: "SEC. 22-A. Prohibition against writing-off of loans without prior Central Bank approval. — Writing-off of loans and advances with an outstanding amount of one hundred thousand pesos or more shall require the prior approval of the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of the Philippines."
