Section 1
SECTION 1. Section 18 of Republic Act No. 754 is hereby amended to read as follows: "x x x Within three years after the approval of this Act, the Board shall upon application issue a certificate of registration as chemist without examination to persons who have been graduated in chemistry or its equivalent and have been in the practice as such graduate for at least five years, prior to the enactment of this law: Provided, however, That holders of Ph.D. degrees in Chemistry or its equivalent shall at any time be entitled to register as chemist without examination. x x x"
