Section 19

SECTION 19. Inspection of the Bank; prohibition on persons authorized to inspect Bank's condition. - The Bank shall be subject to inspection by the appropriate department of the Central Bank of the Philippines. The head of the said department making the examination and his agents, the Chairman and members of the Commission on Audit and their representatives, or other officers designated by law to inspect or investigate the condition of the Bank shall not reveal to any person other than the President of the Philippines, the Secretary of Finance, the Monetary Board of the Central Bank and the Board of Directors, the details of the inspection or investigation.
