Section 22

SECTION 22. Prohibition against owning stock in or incurring indebtedness to the Bank. - The Secretary of Finance, the Governor of the Central Bank and the members of the Monetary Board of the Central Bank, the officers and employees of the appropriate department of supervision of the Central Bank, the officials of the NEDA, the Chairman and members of the Commission on Audit, the Bank Auditor and the employees of the Auditing Department are prohibited from owning stock of the Bank in their personal capacity or from becoming directly or indirectly indebted or liable for any credit accommodation to the Bank. This prohibition shall become effective one year from the date of approval of this Revised Charter. PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS AFFECTING BANK PERSONNEL
